Lauren is the co-founder of GASM sexual wellbeing app. GASM supports men to upgrade their sex lives through actionable insights, date nights, games, and practices. Lauren is a trained psychosexual coach, and shamanic practitioner. As well as executive coach and corporate facilitation expert, working in FTSE100 companies. Prior to being a founder, she worked as an actor and filmmaker, making short films that premiered at BAFTA and Oscar qualifying festivals. She is interested in the power of storytelling to engineer positive human transformation and create deep connection - whether through a cinema screen, in a therapeutic setting with a client, or via a digital product.
