Candace is a Principal and the leads the US Women’s Health Practice at LEK Consulting. Candace specializes in marketing / commercial strategy across Healthcare and Women’s Health where she works to drive essential & impactful innovation to consumers. Candace sits on the board of HerHealthEQ, an organization coordinating the supply of women’s health equipment to underserved geographies globally, serves as a mentor at Femtech Lab, and sits on the Springboard Women’s Health Council. Candace has nearly 10 years in experience in go to market and commercialization strategy, with a background in medical device bio-design and retail operations. Candace has an AB from the University of Chicago College in Economics, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
